Child & Adolescent Therapist | Anxiety, Trauma, and Family Support
Does your child or teen seem overwhelmed, anxious, or not quite like themselves lately? Growing up today can feel like a lot to manage. Between academic pressure, peer relationships, social expectations, and family dynamics, many young people struggle silently without the words to explain what they’re feeling. Some may feel embarrassed, unsure, or hesitant to ask for help, even when they’re hurting inside.
Tiffany specializes in working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, social anxiety, avoidance, self-esteem concerns, depression, trauma, attachment challenges, and family transitions. Many of the families she supports come to therapy feeling unsure how to help their child when emotions or behaviors feel confusing, intense, or difficult to manage.
Tiffany strives to create a calm, supportive environment where young people feel understood, less alone, and better able to make sense of their emotional experiences. Her goal is to help children and teens build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and feel more confident navigating school, friendships, and family life.
Tiffany’s Therapy Approaches
Tiffany’s approach is strength-based, trauma-informed, and relational. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT), and she integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and relational work.
Tiffany believes meaningful change happens when families feel supported, informed, and involved. She collaborates closely with parents and caregivers while also honoring a child or teen’s need for trust, safety, and confidentiality within the therapeutic relationship.
Tiffany’s Training & Experience
Tiffany is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She earned her Master’s degree in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University. While she has experience working across the lifespan, her primary clinical focus is supporting children, adolescents, and families.
Tiffany has extensive experience providing individual, family, and group therapy in a variety of settings, including partial hospitalization programs, outpatient clinics, primary care practices, and community-based environments. This background allows her to understand how early experiences, attachment patterns, and thought processes shape emotional wellbeing, behavior, and relationships over time.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step for both children and parents. If you’re wondering whether therapy might be helpful for your child or teen, Tiffany would be honored to connect and see if it feels like a good fit.
Driven by curiosity and built on purpose, this is where bold thinking meets thoughtful execution. Let’s create something meaningful together.
