Dr. Theodora Malinowski is a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania who provides individual therapy and comprehensive adult ADHD evaluations.
Much of Dr. Malinowski’s practice focuses on supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals through the unique challenges that can come with identity development, systemic harm, and social marginalization. She also works extensively with survivors of trauma, including those impacted by intimate partner violence, childhood abuse, and medical or systemic trauma. Additional areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief and loss, identity exploration, the mental health needs of first responders, college student mental health and wellbeing, and the ways chronic illness can intersect with emotional wellbeing.
Dr. Malinowski draws from an integrative, person-centered framework, blending elements of Schema Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Relational-Cultural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), interpersonal process work, and humanistic psychology. In practice, this means therapy is tailored to each client—centering what matters most to them and using approaches that align with their values, needs, and strengths.
Dr. Malinowski currently has immediate availability for daytime and evening appointments for individual therapy (in-person and telehealth) and adult ADHD assessments. Those seeking a warm, collaborative space to feel understood and move toward meaningful change are invited to reach out to schedule a consultation.
