Rheem’s Specialty Areas
Rheem specializes in women’s mental health, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, pregnancy, postpartum concerns, trauma, and relationship challenges. She works with individuals and couples, creating space to explore experiences that can feel overwhelming, isolating, or difficult to talk about.
Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, feeling disconnected from your partner, managing changing responsibilities, or struggling to feel like yourself, Rheem offers a calm, supportive space where your needs and feelings receive attention. She recognizes that caring for others can sometimes leave little room to care for yourself.
Rheem’s Therapy Approaches
Rheem’s style is calm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. She adapts her approach to each client’s needs, recognizing that there is no single way to navigate emotional challenges or meaningful life changes.
Her holistic perspective considers emotional well-being alongside relationships, daily pressures, and life experiences. Together, you can explore what feels difficult, identify your needs, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and manageable.
Rheem’s Training & Experience
Rheem is a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) in Pennsylvania with a clinical focus on women’s mental health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arcadia University and her master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College.
