Nur’s Specialty Areas

Sometimes emotions can feel overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to put into words. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to make sense of their experiences. You may find yourself struggling with anxiety, trauma, identity questions, or major life transitions, and traditional ways of talking about these experiences may not always feel like enough.

Nur works with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions. Many of the people she supports feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to express what they are experiencing internally. Nur strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe exploring their emotions, gaining insight, and developing a deeper understanding of themselves.

Nur’s Therapy Approaches

Nur’s approach is trauma-informed, relational, and integrates expressive arts with traditional therapy. Creative expression can provide powerful ways to explore thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to articulate through words alone.

In therapy, Nur may incorporate expressive techniques such as art, storytelling, writing, or other creative exercises alongside traditional therapeutic approaches. These methods can help clients process difficult experiences, develop emotional awareness, and explore new ways of understanding themselves.

Her work focuses on helping clients build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and reconnect with parts of themselves that may feel lost or difficult to access.

Nur’s Training & Experience

Nur holds a Master’s degree in counseling and has experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, and identity-related concerns. Her clinical work focuses on helping clients better understand their emotional experiences while developing healthier ways of coping with life’s challenges.

Nur believes therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Her goal is to create a collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences, develop new perspectives, and move toward meaningful personal growth
