Farren works with clients of all ages. She mainly works with adolescents, young adults, and adults who experience anxiety, OCD, depression, PTSD, eating disorders, body image concerns, interpersonal issues, and stress related to life changes. Farren takes a person-centered approach to therapy and aims to support individuals in reaching their goals. 

Therapy approaches

Farren is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and exposure-based interventions, yet she can draw from other modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.  Farren believes everyone’s experience is unique and requires an individualized treatment approach. Farren believes building rapport is most important to the therapeutic foundation and hopes to provide a welcoming and supportive space to everyone she works with. 

Training & experience

Farren earned her Master’s degree in Clinical and Mental Health Services from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently a 4th year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
