Bio
My name is Rachel Wolff (she/her) and I am a psychotherapist specializing in tweens, teens, college students, families, and young adults (12-35). I see clients who experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, post-traumatic stress, grief and loss, and stress related to school and work. I understand the challenges my clients face when dealing with these symptoms, and my goal is to support them in gaining a deeper understanding of their lived experiences, and ultimately enhancing their ability to effectively manage their concerns.
I hold a License in Clinical Social Work and earned my Masters as well as a Home and School Visitor Certification from the University of Pennsylvania. In my work, I draw from several modalities, including Emotionally-Focused, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Dialectic Behavior Therapies, all of which are rooted in person-centered, trauma-informed care. I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and do not accept insurance; however, I am happy to provide Superbills upon request and I do accept Lyra.
Feel free to check out my website to learn more information about me: rachelwolff-therapy.com.
