Bio

Anna has a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University and a Ph.D. in English literature, also from Temple University, where she teaches in the Intellectual Heritage Program. She is also working towards certification as a yoga instructor.

 

Anna treats each person as a unique individual and tailors therapy to meet each person’s specific and sometimes changing needs. She takes an integrative and trauma-informed approach and makes use of psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, CBT, and narrative approaches, as well as mindfulness and nutritional psychiatry. 

 

Anna focuses on working with individuals with relationship issues, trauma, depression, grief, and anxiety, as well as those with personality disorders.
